The prices are valid per apartment and night for a minimum stay of 4 days. For a shorter stay we calculate a supplement of 20 % per night for the final cleaning.
We will charge a flat rate for the consumed products of the breakfast basket. The booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of a booking confirmation. Please note that in case of cancellation of the holiday, the deposit will not be refunded.

The apartment is available on your day of arrival at 2 p.m. (Sunday at 5 p.m.) We ask you for notification if you should arrive later than 6 p.m. Please leave the apartment on your departure day until 9.30 a.m. so that we can clean it for the next guests. On request your pets are welcome, we calculate a surcharge of 5 € per night.

Cancellation conditions:
Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with travel cancellation insurance you are protected from financial loss. According to EU regulations, a cancellation fee can be charged in the case of late arrivals, early departures or non-compliance. Until 60 days prior to check-in it is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty. Cancellation until 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the quoted rate. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival:
60 % of the quoted rate. In case of not taking over the booked apartment for the arranged period without former cancellation the guest is requested to pay 80 % of the quoted rate. In case of early departure, the guest is requested to pay the full rates for the days spent at the accomodation and 80 % of the quoted rate for the initially booked remainder of the stay, including unused services.

To be unaffected of any costs in such cases we recommend to take out the “Roter Hahn cancellation protection", which guarantees that expenses will be taken over by the european travel insurance.
